Quotes & pricing

Quotes provided by phone, email, or web form are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation after a site assessment. Firm pricing is provided in writing before work begins or product is dispatched.

Scheduling & delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. Same-day dispatch is offered on the majority of ready-mix orders but is not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, or plant capacity.

Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Late payment may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your order confirmation or contract.

Warranties

YYZ Concrete warrants its workmanship against defects in materials and placement for the period specified in your project contract. Normal wear, hairline shrinkage cracking, and damage from improper maintenance or third-party work are not covered.

Cancellations

Ready-mix orders cancelled after batching has begun may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover material and dispatch costs already incurred.

Site conditions & access

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable site access for delivery and placement equipment. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, standby time, or site conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.

Limitation of liability

YYZ Concrete's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the value of the services provided, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
